Still increasing in popularity compared with conventional methods, Design-Build is a project delivery system in which B&N teams up with a contractor to provide design, construction and other services. Clients enjoy the advantages of a single point of contact and a process that is generally smoother and more expeditious.

B&N has completed a variety of Design-Build projects, including buildings, water lines and roads. We are one of two consultants that serve on the Design-Build Steering Committee for the Ohio Department of Transportation.
