B&N ELECTS 11 ASSOCIATE OWNERS


B&N is pleased to announce the election of 11 Associate Owners. Please join us in congratulating the following individuals on this achievement.

JEFF ACKERMAN, PE

Jeff joined B&N in 1998 and is B&N's Great Lakes Region Bridge Manager. He leads a team that embraces the details of a successful bridge project. His background includes experience in the design of new and rehabilitated bridges over waterways, railroads, and grade separations; various types of retaining walls; noise barriers; highway improvements; hydraulic analysis; shop drawing review; bridge load rating analyses; and conducting bridge inspections. Jeff has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.

GREG CREAMER, PE

Greg is the Texas Regional Transportation Leader. He joined B&N in 2021 and has 36 years of experience in civil and structural design for highways, railways and associated structures. He has been responsible for the structural design of several large highway interchanges and has provided project management, construction management, bridge inspection and value engineering for many types of projects. His transportation and general civil projects, encompassing a variety of design disciplines and construction techniques, have been completed for various city, state and county agencies. Greg earned a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M.

MARY ANN DRISCOLL, PE, NASSCO

Mary Ann joined B&N in 2013 and is a Project Manager in the Akron office. She has 26 years of experience with water line design and improvements, site development, facilities plans, wastewater treatment plant improvements, storm and sanitary sewer design and improvements, pump station design, sewer rehabilitation and roadway resurfacing and streetscape improvements. Mary Ann excels at managing the planning process, stakeholder and public participation, client workshops and overall relationship building. She is a graduate of University of Akron where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering Management. 

JOSH FORD, PE, NASSCO

Josh joined B&N in 2007 and is experienced in flow monitoring and SSES for systems across Central Ohio and a leader in B&N's sewer rehabilitation work. He is a trusted resource for I/I issues and more, and currently serves as the Village Engineer for the Village of Marble Cliff, Ohio. Most recently, Josh is leading the development of PipeAId™, B&N’s artificial intelligence engine that automates the process of coding and mapping sewer defects, allowing utilities to avoid the time and cost of coding, achieve consistency in coding, and provide an accelerated way to analyze how each pipe’s condition changes over time. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ohio Northern University.

DANNY HENDRICKSON, PE, PTOE, RSP

Danny is the Tampa Traffic Project Manager and Section Director and has 14 years of experience. He is an experienced Project Manager specializing in innovative and efficient traffic operations and design. He has served as Project Manager on task work order contracts and has completed more than 300 work orders statewide in the past six years. Danny previously worked at FDOT District Seven, specializing in traffic operations and roadway design. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida.

JUSTIN HUNT, PE, LEED AP BD+C, CEM

Justin joined B&N in 2014. With 14 years of experience, he currently serves as the MEP Engineering Section Director in the Southeast Virginia Region. Justin is responsible for the design and coordination of tasks pertaining to mechanical/HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems engineering. He is experienced in coordinating designs for complex renovations as well as new construction projects. Justin is skilled in performing studies to evaluate life cycle costs, implementing effective energy conservation measures and providing energy modeling calculations that substantiate the proposed system enhancements. Justin is also a member of B&N’s Culture Committee and earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University. 

KEVIN JASINSKI, PE

Kevin joined B&N in 2022 and is a Project Delivery Lead in Indiana. With 34 years in the industry, Kevin's career is filled with examples of his experience and proficiency related to complex interstate and system-to-system interchange projects. Throughout his career, Kevin has worked in a consultant capacity as well as managed capital improvement programs for INDOT’s Crawfordsville District. He graduated from Indiana Institute of Technology where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.

MOLLY LOUCKS, PE

Molly joined B&N in 2013 and is Director of the Boise Transportation Group, supporting transportation across B&N. Molly’s experience involves planning, public involvement, conceptual layout and final design, including projects with multimodal elements like bikeways and shared-use paths. She is familiar with reconfiguring corridors to include multimodal accommodations and connecting neighborhoods in areas with limited right of way. Molly has extensive experience working on roundabouts and has been involved in the design of more than 20 roundabouts in five states. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Idaho.

BOB SCHREINER, PE

Bob is a Project Manager in the Great Lakes Utility Infrastructure Section. Bob has 35 years of experience that includes the planning, design, construction and start-up for pump stations, force mains, sewers, wastewater facilities, water facilities and various roadway and civil/site engineering projects. Bob specializes in the design and construction of wastewater collection/treatment facilities and water distribution/storage improvements. He has experience as a design engineer, construction engineer and project manager in both the consulting engineering and the construction business. Bob earned a Bachelor and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University.

MIKE STAIR, PE

Mike joined B&N in January 2023 and is the Construction Inspection Section Manager in the Indianapolis, Indiana office. He brings more than 22 years of experience in design and construction inspection on transportation projects, including major interchanges, roadways, bridges and Bus Rapid Transit projects in Indiana. At B&N Mike is charged with developing the firm’s construction inspection practice. Mike is a graduate of Purdue University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.

BILLY WENDLAND, PE

Billy is Director of the Fort Worth Municipal Projects Section. He has nearly 40 years of experience collaborating with clients on public and private infrastructure improvements. This experience includes municipal, commercial and retail projects involving streets and highways, drainage and flood studies, tunnels, utilities, water distribution, wastewater collection systems, site development and airport design. He is currently acting as City Engineer for the City of Watauga and has served as a QA/QC manager for Dallas/Fort Worth office projects. Billy earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas – Austin.
