Securing funding is among the most difficult hurdles in redeveloping a brownfield site. Burgess & Niple works in partnership with its clients to identify funding sources and submit grant applications. To date, B&N’s experienced Voluntary Action Program (VAP) Certified Professionals have secured more than $22 million in Brownfield funding through the following funds:

Clean Ohio Assistance Funding
The Clean Ohio Assistance Fund (COAF) is a $10 million appropriation by round dedicated to brownfield redevelopment in distressed counties and cities throughout the state. B&N has secured more than $5.7 million of these funds for Ohio clients. Projects include:
