Recruiting Agency Partnerships

At Burgess & Niple, we believe strong relationships are built on clarity, trust, and shared expectations. We occasionally partner with external recruiting firms to help identify exceptional talent that supports our mission and our clients.

To ensure a consistent and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers, we have established the following guidelines.

Our Partnership Approach

Burgess & Niple engages recruiting firms on a selective, as-needed basis. All agency partnerships are coordinated through our Human Resources (HR) team and require a current, executed agreement.

We are unable to accept unsolicited resumes or candidate submissions from firms that do not have an active agreement in place.

Candidate Submissions

Recruiting firms may submit candidates only when:

  • A current, approved recruiting agreement exists with Burgess & Niple, and
  • Consent has been given to source for a specific role, and the submission is coordinated directly through our HR team.

Resumes or candidate information sent without an approved agreement, including materials shared directly with hiring managers or other employees, will be considered unsolicited.

Unsolicited submissions, even when a recruiting agreement is in place, will be treated as direct candidate applications, and Burgess & Niple will not be responsible for placement fees related to those candidates.
