MIKE STAIR, PE
Mike joined B&N in January 2023 and is the Director of the Construction Inspection Section in the Indianapolis office. He has more than 24 years of experience in design and construction inspection on transportation projects, including major interchanges, roadways, bridges and Bus Rapid Transit projects in Indiana. As a former INDOT employee, Mike has a successful track record of managing some of INDOT’s most complex projects, including the North Split design-build projects and I-65 Added Travel Lane project. He is a graduate of Purdue University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
DAVE WALKER, VAP CP
Dave joined Burgess & Niple in 2001 and currently is Director of the Assessment & Remediation Section in the Columbus office. He manages a wide range of environmental assessment and remediation projects across multiple states, including brownfield redevelopment efforts under federal and state regulatory programs and Due Diligence Site Assessments in Ohio. Over the course of his 24-year career, he has worked with clients to secure environmental funding, conducting property and risk assessments and developing and implementing remedial strategies to meet applicable regulations. Dave attended The Ohio State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Geology.
