Learn important keys to advancing your career. This session will focus on culture, leadership styles, and what managers look for in up-and-coming professionals. Organizational cultures will cover various aspects of what makes up a culture and how it can be measured. Leadership styles will include a review of the components of Servant Leadership and Authentic Leadership, with and an overview of other leadership styles. Lastly, what managers look for in the next generation of leaders will be discussed. Mike Matthews from PSMJ Resources will co-present the topics discussed throughout the session.
