Arizona utility owners are adopting AI for sewer inspections, reducing time and costs. AI replicates contractor workflows, enhancing defect identification accuracy by eliminating bias. This technology minimizes field time, boosts footage inspection rates and reduces owner expenses. Computer vision AI, powered by machine learning, enhances accuracy by analyzing CCTV video for issues like taps, cracks and roots. An AI model assigns codes to defects, improving over time.

B&N's AI platform integrates GIS, creating a sewer system digital twin. This aids in assessing assets and pinpointing defects spatially. Utility providers can make informed, transparent and repeatable decisions by replacing PDF reports with a dynamic database. The digital twin is a central hub for system maintenance, improving efficiency.

Join Josh Ford in exploring AI's cost-effective utility system evaluation and asset maintenance benefits.
