Dan Gallagher, AICP and Nousheen Rahman will host a ¾ mile Walk and Talk with the Ocala Marion TPO and interested stakeholders.

Nousheen’s skills and experience involve strategic transportation safety planning centered around Vision Zero goals, strong policy-based analysis and writing, mapping through ArcGIS and land use/zoning regulation review. Nousheen is a strong public speaker and skilled facilitator certified through the National Charrette Institute and is passionate about equity-based considerations in planning, aiming to further historically excluded communities.

Dan has over 30 years of experience working for the City of Charlotte and the City of Orlando planning, implementing and advancing a wide array of transportation projects. Dan served as the Deputy Director for Charlotte DOT and the Transportation Planning Bureau Chief for the City of Orlando. He is passionate about advancing complete street projects and shaping cities to foster economic development, transportation choices, transportation equity and placemaking.
