In rural Texas, water and wastewater infrastructure is a challenge for many communities. B&N’s James Busby will participate in a panel discussion about the challenges they face, including issues with project financing and completion. The discussion is being held as part of a Work Session sponsored by the Texas Water Development Board and State Senator Charles Perry, who chairs the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Water, and Rural Affairs. James will be joined by a representative from Parkhill, Smith and Cooper, as well as several other area water district representatives.
