Senior Transportation Engineer

• Minimum Experience: 10 years

• Registration: Professional Engineer (PE)

B&N Senior Transportation Engineer Responsibilities:

The following items are responsibilities/duties for a senior-level engineer in the Transportation Group:

• Create an exemplary client experience throughout the project delivery 
• Plan, manage, execute, and deliver projects on-time, on budget, and to the performance expectations of the client
• Coordinate traffic team members on projects; delegate tasks, manage project timelines, and ensure quality delivery
• Lead, develop, and implement design approaches and task management functions on projects
• Act as the Engineer of Record for project deliverables
• Support municipal engineering needs throughout Arizona and the firm
•  Create and monitor scopes of work, budgets and schedules as well as manage risk
• Monitor all financial aspects of the project, including invoicing, budget status, accounts receivable, and monthly reports

Skills & Qualifications:

Provide senior leadership in the Transportation Group:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited engineering program
• PE registration in the State of Arizona
• Minimum 10 years of related experience
• Proven project delivery with strong interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated and adaptable to evolving client, project, and industry needs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  
• Proficiency with relevant engineering software packages expected for work with Arizona public agencies
