Senior Roadway Engineer

B&N Senior Roadway Engineer Responsibilities:

• Perform the preliminary engineering design and production of roadway projects for public agencies including Arizona Department of Transportation, Maricopa County, and others
• Maintain quality control of the work products and successfully complete projects on time and within budget
• Collaborate with professional engineers within B&N’s Arizona operations and across the firm
• Create an exemplary client experience throughout project delivery
• Represent B&N in meetings

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited engineering program required
• Arizona PE registration
• Minimum 8 years of related experience
• Proven project delivery with strong interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated and adaptable to evolving client, project, and industry needs
• Ability to work remotely based on business operations and the needs of the firm
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proficiency with design software packages (i.e. MicroStation, OpenRoads, AutoCAD Civil3D) expected for work with Arizona public agencies
