Collaborate with some of the top roadway design professionals in the industry as a Project Manager/Transportation Engineer as part of our corporate growth initiative in Oklahoma. This position provides an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual with the desire to learn and assist with growth in transportation engineering in Oklahoma.

B&N Project Manager/Transportation Engineer Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and production of transportation and roadway plans for major DOT and local agency projects.
  • Maintain quality control of the work product and successfully complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Coach junior level staff and collaborate with PE’s across the firm.
  • Proposal development and client relationship management.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited engineering program
  • P.E. License in the state of Oklahoma or ability to obtain through reciprocity
  • Ten years of related transportation design experience is preferred
  • Experience in Bentley MicroStation, InRoads, Open Roads design software
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple project pursuits and design teams
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, including the capability to learn virtual collaboration tools
