Are you motivated, energetic and ready to take your career to the next level, designing winning proposals that directly impact the community around you? We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our Louisville, KY office with key marketing and proposal efforts.

B&N Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, write and maintain proposal materials supporting our Kentucky operations, water and transportation services
  • Develop and integrate key messages and win themes into submittal
  • Build collaborative relationships with Project Management staff to facilitate team synergy, creativity and effectiveness.
  • Develop and edit presentation materials for team interviews
  • Support promotions activities and miscellaneous administrative tasks
  • Help maintain company information, materials and associated CRM 
  • You will work with leadership that not only nurtures, but also encourages an entrepreneurial spirit

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or related field is required
  • Minimum 2+ years of related experience, prior A/E/C experience desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to write and communicate in a clear and compelling manner, with a strong command of English grammar and editing, as well as attention to detail
  • Reliable, a critical thinker, well-organized, and passionate about their contribution to the team Proficiency with InDesign and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with AdobeSuite applications a plus.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, including the capability to learn virtual collaboration tools
