B&N National Practice Leader – Public Transportation Responsibilities:

  • Build a sustainable and profitable public transit planning and engineering practice at B&N
  • Lead the pursuit of and assist in the completion of high-quality public transit related projects
  • Grow B&N brand and relationships within the public transit industry
  • Lead staff recruiting for B&N for key roles in public transit engineering, planning, and management consulting
  • Lead staff development and growth, including succession planning, for the long-term success of B&N’s public transit engineering and planning practice.
  • Serve as a corporate resource for transit and related services to support the growth of the transit practice in all applicable markets and geographies at B&N.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Extensive professional network in the Public Transportation industry nationwide
  • Strong understanding of geographic expansion and market entry strategies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Experience in leveraging government relations resources and networking for business expansion
