Come work with senior-level professionals at an established A/E firm that value employee input and collaboration. Burgess & Niple is looking for a Director, Alternative Delivery to help expand alternative delivery pursuits in Indiana and across the country.

  • Apply experience and knowledge in the areas of alternative deliver for Business Development and Revenue Growth
  • Provide business development, supervision, mentoring, and project management for the alternative delivery projects
  • Financial efficiency which includes meeting earnings and net earnings goals, managing overhead and AR processes among other financial metrics
  • Promote a positive team environment that enhances our exceptional corporate culture
  • Leverage technology and application of technology to deliver value, increasing revenue growth and financial efficiency
  • Create an exemplary client experience throughout the project delivery process and support development of strong client relationships with clients 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited engineering program
  • Professional Engineer (PE) registration required in Indiana; or ability to register through reciprocity 
  • 20+ years of related experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to foster collaboration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
