B&N Roadway Engineer Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior engineers to advance transportation design and analysis skills
• Grow and develop your existing toolset with project tasks for study, design and production of highway and roadway plans including development of traffic control, drainage and traffic plans
• Prepare construction plans, specifications, cost estimates and reports for highways, urban streets, bikeways, and interchanges for Georgia Department of Transportation and local public agencies
• Share your knowledge with junior engineers as a valuable project team member

Skills & Qualifications:

• A Bachelor of Science degree from an ABET accredited program in civil engineering
• PE registration in the State of Georgia, or ability to be registered with reciprocity
• 10+ years of roadway design experience
• Great communication skills to make an impact on projects for our clients in the public or private sector
• Experience with MicroStation and Openroads software required
• Self-motivated and adaptable, including the capability to learn virtual collaboration tools
