Come work with senior-level professionals at an established A/E firm that values employee input and collaboration. Burgess & Niple is looking for a Civil Engineer -Water/Wastewater to join our team in Evansville.

B&N Water/Wastewater Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Professional Engineers and design staff throughout various offices
  • Participate in delivering projects related to all aspects of water and wastewater treatment, water distribution and wastewater collection systems, drainage and water quality facilities, site design support facilities including design calculations, drawings, and specifications
  • Assist with creating reports, cost estimates and review construction deliverables
  • Interact with clients, governing agencies, and the public

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering from an ABET accredited program
  • EI/EIT certification or ability to obtain within 6 months from this application
  • 0-5 years of related civil or environmental engineering experience
  • Co-op/internship experience preferred
  • Software experience with Microsoft Office and working knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Excellent communication skills and detail oriented
