Burgess & Niple is seeking a Bridge Inspection Business Leader in our Columbus OH office to be a part of our team. Collaborate with some of the top bridge inspection experts in the industry ensuring the safety of travelling public.

B&N Bridge Inspection Business Leader Responsibilities:

• Strengthening long-standing client relationships and developing new markets
• Performing QAQC on multiple contracts across the U.S.
• Taking on key project management roles
• Leading fieldwork on projects in Ohio, adjacent states, and in other regions of the country
• Taking a leadership role in training and development, both internally and externally
• Working collaboratively with other leaders in Bridge Inspection to enhance B&N's growth and business development plan to expand our footprint

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program
• Ohio PE registration or ability to be registered with reciprocity
• 20+ years of related bridge inspection project and management experience
• Familiarity with multiple Bridge Inspection databases/software platforms
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with experience maintaining client relationships
