Burgess & Niple is seeking an IT Business Analyst - Dynamics to join our corporate IT team in Columbus, OH focusing on enterprise CRM implementation and configuration translating B&N’s business strategy into operational objectives as we meet our growing company’s needs.

What a IT Business Analyst job is all about:

  • Contribute to all Dynamics project phases including planning, analyzing, configuration and testing to move our client relationship management to the next level
  • Lead the initial collection and definition of business transformation objectives for a CRM implementation by collaborating with leadership including IT, Marketing and key technical areas of the business 
  • Document and improve business processes aligned to transformation objectives
  • Maintain and upgrade CRM application
  • Analyze user requirements to determine CRM configuration and customization
  • Complete configuration tasks in Microsoft Dynamics and associated technologies
  • Provide ongoing CRM system support and train users
  • You see change as an opportunity; You thrive in an organization that constantly adapts and evolves with diverse environments, such as virtual desktops, cloud-based services, and traditional hardware

What you need to make an impact:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or IT related discipline or combination of related experience, MBA preferred  
  • Ten or more years of experience in support of enterprise CRM applications with thorough knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics
  • Understanding of the core Dynamics CRM modules with functional knowledge of the entire product suite; one or more D365 certifications preferred
  • Understanding of relational databases and basic programming skills (SQL, HTML, Microsoft.NET, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills; experience supporting a professional services firm is preferred   
  • Technical business acumen and project management experience
  • Ability to travel occasionally
