Burgess & Niple is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our Architecture team in Cincinnati.  As a leader in innovative, sustainable buildings across various market sectors, we are committed to our vision of creating a better tomorrow. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage architectural projects from initiation through completion, ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, work plans, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Review and approve architectural design documentation, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, making informed decisions to keep projects on track.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to clients and senior leadership.
  • Facilitate and lead project meetings, including design reviews, project status meetings, and contractor coordination.
  • Ensure high-quality standards and project documentation are maintained throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for client communication and issue resolution.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required from an NAAB accredited program
  • Registered Architect in Ohio with a NCARB certificate or ability to obtain through reciprocity
  • Ten or more years of related experience
  • Demonstrated ability to develop fee proposals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, REVIT, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam
  • PMP, LEED, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Client interfacing experience
  • Excellent communication skills and detail oriented
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, including the capability to learn virtual collaboration tools
