Begin your career working with some of the top civil engineering experts in the industry. Burgess & Niple is looking for a CADD Technician Co-op to join our team in Cincinnati.

B&N CADD Technician Co-op Responsibilities:

  • Work with engineers using CADD to develop plans and details for roadway projects
  • Assist with field services including survey crew and RPR services, scanning documents and organizing flat files 
  • Use mathematical and basic engineering principles to assist in quantity calculation
  • Gain familiarity with the format and structure of technical documents
  • Perform routine assignments related to the creation and editing of technical documents
  • Become proficient in one or more CADD software packages

Skills and Qualifications:

  • You are a current student in good standing pursuing a degree at a technical college
  • Strong interest in the transportation field (preferably roadway) 
  • Experience using MicroStation or AutoCAD drawing software packages preferred
  • Microsoft excel and word experience required
  • Effective communication skills
