Responsibilities

Are you motivated, energetic and ready to take your career to the next level? Burgess & Niple is seeking a licensed Senior Project Architect to join our Cincinnati office.

What you can expect as the major duties and responsibilities:

  • You will lead project detail design from start to finish and concept to final construction documents
  • You will interface with clients and manage existing relationships
  • You will take a leadership role in learning new architectural technologies while mentoring junior staff
  • You will develop and manage project budgets and quality control for medium to large projects

You may be a good fit if you have these skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required from an NAAB accredited program
  • Registered Architect in Ohio with a NCARB certificate or ability to obtain through reciprocity
  • Fifteen or more years of related experience post-registration with the ability to develop comprehensive detailed design documents including specifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, REVIT, AutoCAD and Bluebeam or Adobe 
  • Client interfacing experience
  • Excellent communication skills and detail oriented
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, including the capability to learn virtual collaboration tools
