Chelsey Elected Owner of Burgess & Niple

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Francis C. Smith, chairman and chief executive officer of Burgess & Niple, recently announced that Dennis A. Chelsey, AIA, has been elected an owner of the firm, effective January 1, 2003.

Chelsey currently serves as director of business development for Burgess & Niple, operating out of the Columbus, Ohio, headquarters office. Chelsey joined the firm in 1990 and has 30 years of experience in project development, management and design development.

A registered architect, Chelsey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Design from the University of Illinois. He also is a member of the American Institute of Architects, American Public Works Association, American Water Works Association and the Upper Arlington (Ohio) Rotary.
