B&N Selected for Federal Bridge Inspection Contract
B&N recently was selected for a 5-year, $2.5 million per year, indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity contract with the Federal Highway Administration Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division (EFLHD).
The EFLHD administers the inspection, maintenance and load rating of approximately 2,100 bridges on National Park Service and other Federal lands throughout the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The first year of the contract is slated to include bridges on the Natchez Trace Parkway in Tennessee.
Mark Bernhardt, PE, Columbus office, serves as project manager and Tom Suthers, PE, Dulles office, is the lead field inspector.
