B&N is leading the design and implementation of an Active Traffic Management Strategy called Hard Shoulder Running (HSR) for the I-670/I-270 corridor in Columbus, Ohio. The HSR strategy, as demonstrated in this video, is intended to improve traffic flow during the afternoon peak hours.
