The Wildwood Cultural Center in Mentor, Ohio, offers fine arts events, programs and private gatherings on a scenic 34-acre estate with hiking trails, picnic areas and lush gardens. To provide additional maintenance and storage space on the grounds, B&N designed a 2,400-square-foot storage garage. Completed in 2024, the garage reflects the French Tudor-style architecture of the historic Wildwood Cultural Center, ensuring a seamless aesthetic integration with its surroundings.
To achieve this style, the façade was constructed using an Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) known as DryVit, which replicates the appearance of traditional stucco and wood paneling. This material choice provides both durability and cost efficiency while preserving the authentic Tudor aesthetic. The garage also includes an 800-square-foot mezzanine, offering additional storage space and functionality.
