Due to the anticipated exponential growth in Queen Creek and Pinal County, the identification of future roadway traffic capacity needs were identified and B&N was selected to provide planning and engineering for this study. In order to understand how to prepare the roadway network for this growth, B&N provided an analysis of socioeconomic, population and employment data to understand projected growth based on data from the adjacent Maricopa County. In Addition, roadway projects were identified for the 10-year planning horizon in Pinal County, Arizona.
 
Shortly after the study's conclusion, a new large-scale commercial facility was announced in the area and localized roadway network revisions were expected. An update to the study was provided by B&N and consisted of socioeconomic data was adjustments based on increased employment and slowed residential development. The study findings were also updated accordingly utilizing the same technical processes.
