In 2022, the City of Mentor, Ohio, unveiled a new maintenance and office facility for its Municipal Cemetery, designed by B&N. The 4,000-square-foot, one-story building replaced the former facility, which was removed to make way for the new structure designed to blend modern functionality with historic architectural charm.
The facility is divided into two key sections: a garage area featuring three bays and timber roof trusses, and an office area enhanced by a loft. This harmonious blend of traditional design elements and contemporary utility ensures the building meets the operational needs of the cemetery while complementing its surroundings.
