The Nampa Mobility Hub project will improve connectivity, access and transportation equity in North Nampa, Idaho, by planning a network of hubs that link walking, biking, transit, microtransit and shared mobility. The case study will share how a tiered framework was developed to identify hub types, match amenities to local context and guide phased implementation that supports safer, more convenient and more inclusive travel choices.

Micromobility is often viewed as viable only in dense urban areas, but small cities, suburbs and rural regions are seeing success with right-sized approaches. This session highlights two B&N West Virginia projects that used crowdsourced data, peer research and stakeholder input to develop practical guidance, including low-cost operations, phased implementation, funding strategies and tools to build scalable micromobility programs.
