Support a high-functioning business operation, improve efficiency and effectiveness, and help facilitate a top-notch office culture.

B&N Office Manager Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of duties and tasks related to office administration and hospitality
  • Support Columbus Operations Director in achieving business and staff development goals and objectives
  • Coordinate client and  in-house meetings, including scheduling, setup, distribution of agenda, meeting announcements, and catering
  • Gather, interpret and analyze information for reports and proposals
  • Professional document preparation and/or oversight
  • Liaison with accounting department for business operations invoicing and billing requests
  • May assist with marketing and business planning functions

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Confident personality with the ability manage a variety of duties
  • Strong work ethic with a “hands-on” and team-oriented attitude
  • Strong organizational, planning skills and ability to coordinate the activities of various team members and to prioritize tasks when faced with multiple deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Suite
  • Experience with office/financial, client management software systems a plus
