Senior Project Manager and Client Service Manager

Come work with senior-level professionals at an established A/E firm that value employee input and collaboration. Burgess & Niple is looking for a Senior Project Manager and Client Service Manager. This position can be filled in our Austin North or Austin South office.

B&N Project Manager and Client Manager Responsibilities:

• Train, coach, and mentor junior design staff in developing and delivering design projects
• Actively lead and participate in project delivery to create an exemplary client experience
• Serve as client manager, senior project manager and/or technical subject matter expert for selected clients/projects
• Work with leadership to develop a plan for expanding our client base and winning new work
• Support development of strong client relationships with existing clients
• Monitor performance indicators, budgets, schedules, and manage risk

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from an ABET accredited program
• PE registration in the State of Texas or ability to register through reciprocity
• 12+ years of experience related to water/wastewater project management and client development
• Strong client management and project management skills
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Expertise in HEC RAS, HEC HMS, WaterGEMS and SewerGEMS considered a plus, but not required
