Burgess & Niple (B&N) was responsible for planning and land development services, geotechnical engineering, and surveying for Wellington Farms, a 240-lot residential subdivision. In addition, B&N provided boundary surveys and preliminary layout to incorporate a County traffic plan for the subdivision. A wetlands study was performed to ensure compliance of the entire project with the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act.
