Burgess & Niple (B&N) provided engineering and surveying services for this 10-acre office development. The project consisted of two office buildings totaling 144,000 square feet of office space, and 30,000 square feet of underground parking. On-site parking is provided for 400 cars.
Final construction plans included sewer, water service, and drainage design. B&N coordinated with the US Army Corps of Engineers to determine limits of construction related to project development. The site presented some unique drawing parameters in the underground parking facilities design near the 100-year floodplain elevation.
In addition, Phase II construction was designed and implemented without disruption to existing Phase I offices.
