Burgess & Niple (B&N) provided engineering services including full improvement district administration, preliminary studies, design, and full construction services for 1 mile of new arterial street, 1.5 miles of arterial street reconstruction, and 1 mile of local collector streets. Project features included 3.5 miles of arterial and collector street full paving improvements, 2.8 miles of sanitary sewers, 3.2 miles of water lines, 2 miles of storm sewers, a new city park, right-of-way acquisition, and utility coordination and relocations. Other features included electrical conduit, signage, striping, signalization, streetlights, landscaping and native plant salvage, traffic maintenance, and bikepath.
