"We are dedicating a building today, but it is so much more than that," stated United States Navy Vice Admiral Peter H. Daly during the ribbon cutting ceremony. "It's not only a state-of-the-art building, it is a hub for innovation, concept generation and development, lessons learned, modeling and simulation."
