COLUMBUS, Ohio – Burgess & Niple, Inc. (B&N) has acquired Columbus-based mechanical and electrical engineering firm Robert H. Fuller & Associates, Inc. The acquisition was finalized on December 31, 2008. Financial details were not disclosed.
Robert H. Fuller & Associates’ eight employees have joined B&N and relocated to the firm’s Columbus headquarters facility located at 5085 Reed Road effective January 5, 2009.
Robert H. Fuller & Associates was founded in 1979 by Robert Fuller. The firm has worked as a subconsultant to B&N on a number of projects since 1995. These include Ohio University’s Academic & Research Center in Athens, Ohio; an office expansion for Honda of America in Marysville, Ohio; water treatment plants in Lake County and Hamilton, Ohio; and booster station upgrades for the City of Phoenix, Arizona.
