The construction of the Hilliard Triangle project will follow completion of the Hilliard Rome Road project now under construction. Completion of plans and specifications for the Triangle project is expected in late 2007.
The right-of-way acquisition process for the Triangle project has begun, with completion slated for next year. Utility relocations will begin next year as soon as the necessary right-of-way is secured. Utility relocation should be completed by mid-2009, allowing construction of the roadway to begin in late 2009 or early 2010.
