Since 1980, B&N has completed more than 1,500 right-of-way and design projects consisting of approximately 2,100 individual easements. These projects varied in scope and size ranging from small sites with one or two easements to long corridors with multiple property owners and multiple permitting agencies. Because we’re experienced and familiar with applicable regulations, we typically reduce the time required for negotiating, acquiring easements and obtaining permits. Our services also include plat preparation, detailed route surveying, staking and construction monitoring.
