B&N offers a variety of services during construction and rehabilitation projects.
We provide continuous or part-time project representation and engineering services,
including periodic job site visits;
respond to request for information;
review of shop drawings;
review of contractor pay requests and change order requests and provide recommendations to the Owner regarding same;
evaluation of construction schedules and actual progress;
review of materials, and equipment;
review of laboratory testing; and consultation and recommendations regarding construction.
