Ronald R. Schultz, PE
Chairman

Ron Schultz is an Owner of the firm and serves as Chairman. Working closely with the Board of Directors, Ron guides fulfillment of the firm’s long-range Strategic Plan. Prior to becoming Chairman, Ron served as Vice Chairman and Director of the firm’s Allegheny Region.

Ron Schultz joined Burgess & Niple in 1976 as a design engineer. He has directed civil engineering projects for water distribution and treatment, wastewater collection and treatment, drainage and paving. Ron has provided hydrologic and computer modeling expertise for floodplain studies, municipal projects, and recreational projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Masters degree in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University.

Kenneth R. Davis, Jr., PE
President

Ken Davis is an Owner of the firm and serves as President. Prior to being elected President, Ken served as Director of Engineering and Architectural Services Operations for the Columbus office.

Ken joined B&N in 1970. Since that time he has directed the planning and design of numerous water and wastewater treatment projects. His experience also includes upground storage reservoirs and water treatment plants, as well as preliminary studies for expansions, filter renovations, and lime sludge treatment and disposal projects. Ken earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University.
